I’ve always believed that if you’re going to build something, build it with purpose. After years working in management, marketing, and accounting — and spending weekends cycling to clear my head — I started craving something more hands-on, something I could grow from the ground up.

One day, I saw a garage with a sleek epoxy floor — clean, sharp, and polished. It stopped me in my tracks. I thought, “This is awesome… but I know it can be even better.” That small spark turned into a big idea, and soon after, Concrete & Epoxy by CSI was born.

What started with just a pickup, a trailer, and a vision, has grown into a business that brings beauty, function, and long-lasting value to homes and small commercial spaces across the DFW area. We don’t just pour concrete or apply epoxy — we help people reimagine the potential of their spaces.
